Oisin Mulligan, who posts under @mulligainz_fitness, took to TikTok to explain his simple fat loss steps.

Oisin siad: “This is five pounds of fat. And if you want to lose that over the next five to eight weeks, here’s all you need to do in the next 30 seconds.”

He explained the key foods you should be eating daily.

He said: “I want to make sure you drink two liters of water, have protein with every single meal, incorporate three pieces of fruit within your day.

“I know this sounds simple, but the best thing I’ve ever heard is keep it simple stupid.”

Oisin told how important a short walk is for weight loss.

He said: “Secondly, I want to make sure you get out on at least three to four walks per week. If you hate walking stick in your earphones.”

The health coach advised on walking at least 10 to 20 minutes.

He added: “Just get out and do something. If you can do more even better.

“The more you move, the more likely you are to lose five pounds of fat.”

The good news is – you don’t have to starve yourself to shed those pounds.

He said: “Thirdly, to make sure you’re not starving yourself, make sure you have at least three meals per day with two snacks.”

And you don’t have to give up on favorite treats.


The fat loss pro said: “Did you notice how it didn’t tell you to cut out anything like crisps, sweets or chocolate?

“That’s because I’m not like every other client on the internet and I understand that you’ll be more successful with your diet if you’re able to incorporate them things in it.

“Cutting stuff out of your lifestyle is often a lot more counterproductive than productive.

“I always recommend adding stuff in like your water, your meals and your walks.”
